normalize 方法

String normalize(

验证并规范化 source 中编码的 base64 数据。

仅对从 startend 的子字符串进行操作,其中 end 默认为字符串的末尾。

规范化将

  • 取消转义任何 % 转义。
  • 仅允许有效字符(A-Za-z0-9/+)。
  • _- 字符规范化为 /+
  • 验证现有的填充(尾部的 = 字符)是否正确。
  • 如果不存在填充,根据需要和可能添加正确的填充。
  • 验证长度是否正确(必须是四的倍数)。
